  • Who do I contact should I need anything during my stay?

    You will contact us directly. We are local and just a phone call away!

  • Do any of your properties allow pets?

    We do have condos at Seachase that permit dogs. The fee per dog is 150.00 each.

  • Do you offer travelers insurance?

    Yes! We offer two types of travel insurance through rental guardian. Play Travel Protection (standard travel insurance):
    ~Protects up to 100% of traveler's expenses for all covered trip cancellation or interruption reasons like an illness or injury to someone in your traveling party, death in the family, hurricanes, mandatory evacuations and many more benefits.
    ~Cost: 7.0% x trip cost
    ~Can be purchased at time of booking or up to 30 days prior to the start date
    ~If booking within 30 days of start date, can only be purchased at time of booking

    Play Travel Protection CANCEL FOR ANY REASON:
    ~Protects up to 100% of traveler's expenses for all covered trip cancellation or interruption reasons like an illness or injury to someone in your traveling party, death in the family, hurricanes, mandatory evacuations and many more benefits (or) up to 60% of traveler's expenses for trip cancellation reasons not listed in the policy.
    ~Cost: 10.8% x trip cost
    ~Only available to US residents (Not available to residents of NY, NH, WA, Puerto Rico)
    ~Must be purchased at time of booking or within 14 days of booking if more than 30 days from trip start date
    ~Cannot be purchased within 30 days of trip start date
    ~Must cancel reservation at least 2 days prior to the start date if filing a claim

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel outside of 60 days you will receive a full refund, less a 100.00 rebooking fee. If you cancel between 60-45 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival will not receive a refund. Please consider travel protection to protect your rental payments.

  • What if there is a mandatory evacuation during our stay?

    Any days that are subject to a mandatory evacuation will be refunded at 100%.

  • When and how do I receive my keys?

    All our doors are equipped with an electronic lock so there are no keys needed. You will be provided a code to allow for easy access and no keeping up with keys!

  • Does your property have cable & Wi-Fi?

    All our properties feature cable and complimentary Wi-Fi.

    You will find detailed instructions along with passwords upon arrival.

  • What convenience items should I expect to find?

    In the kitchen you will find a roll of paper towels, several trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and dishwasher pods. In each bath, an extra roll of toilet tissue, and liquid hand soap.

  • What linens are provided?

    You will find all bed linens, bath linens, and kitchen linens. Some properties provide beach towels. See the specific ad for your property to confirm.

  • Do you have age restrictions?

    Yes! The minimum age requirement is 25 years. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this requirement. Young families are welcome. Student groups are NOT permitted.

  • What happens if I accidentally damage something in the property?

    Accidents happen! Please let us know right away so we can begin the process of repairing or replacing the item. This helps us have the property prepared for the next guest and minimizes any fees.
