Beautiful summer beach home
The property was very clean and spacious. Modern, well-maintained kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. 3 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds in the 3rd so plenty of sleeping space for the whole family. Owners provided excellent customer service from the moment it was booked until check-out, periodically checking by text to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided "concierge service" giving recommendations for local shopping etc. House is a quick 3 minute walk to beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation this past week. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you could need and provided the perfect place to relax. Private pool was great and the home was across the street from the sugary sand beach. Lisa was amazing to work with and checked in several times during the week to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to ANYONE and EVERYONE.
Our family had the best week staying in this beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean and comfy. Beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will book this unit again. The only negative is having to leave!!!
The property was very clean and it had everything we needed for our trip. The views were amazing being on the 23rd floor and fast elevators. The beds were all comfortable and a bonus was having a TV in every room for when it rained. We saw rays and dolphins from the balcony every morning. Parking was easy. Kendall was great to work with and provided all the information we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again next year if available.

We absolutely loved our stay, the condo was awesome. Everything we needed for a perfect time, the bed was so comfortable. Not a lot of walking, as the unit was near the elevators. Not to worry about that as was very quiet. The beach service was the cherry on top, Taylor was a joy and very hard worker. The unit is on the west end of the beach, which was a added plus for us away from all the noise and alot of construction that was going on. Will definitely be back!!!!

This is a great unit. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need - 2 coffee makers and mixer as well. Newly decorated and very comfortable. So convenient to have the chairs available for use. The rental company was great to work with and checked in to be sure everything was satisfactory.
The property owners were amazing.
They were able to help me pick the best condo to fit the needs of my family. They were very nice and helpful. The pictures don’t do the condo justice. When we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful and clean the condo was. I can honestly say that this is the only time I’ve ever rented a condo and didn’t have to come in and clean. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the balcony and they were great. Thank you Kendall, Lisa, and David for sharing this amazing condo with us. We hope to be back soon.

The owners are so great to work with, even leaving delicious scones on the counter for us to enjoy! The condo is so clean & beautifully decorated! The beds were very comfortable, our 3 year old granddaughter loved “her room” with bunk beds & her own TV???? We enjoyed sitting on the balcony & even saw dolphins one morning! We look forward to spending another vacation here!!
